No. First things first. He must be prepared for the class if you expect the class to work. His prep for the class is A swift kick in the arse then the class on humility.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Thanks for the share Brother Chip. I knew several former enlisted that became officer. The majority of then were decent and didn't let the rank go to their heads but there were a few that if they were in combat with me and my brother may have succumbed to friendly fire.

Meh... I am sure many in the officer ranks have held that opinion since they days of lords and peasants. Just because one found their opinion land on social media, in my mind, is no big deal.
