COMMENT - "The larger a company is the less likely that the ownership/management will "voluntarily" or through market forcing care about sustainable worker compensation, benefits, and workplace standards.

When a large company does not "voluntarily" share profitability with workers to improve the workers prosperity what does Mr "Voluntary" think should happen? Should every worker in a near monopoly industry just "go get another higher paying job"? Like work together somehow to force the company to be "voluntarily" more generous with the workers? Like all the workers unite together to petition for better treatment or they will all walk off the job at the same time? Wait, what, how did i get here?

I guess the alternative could be breaking up large companies back into smaller more socially responsible entities. Like small enough that all the people working for the company have a personal interest in serving the community together earning a reasonable living while providing good quality products people want to buy and splitting the profits between all the owner/employees together...wait, ffs, how did I end up here?"
