Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen That Location has some "Colorful" History. Across the street is the KCPL Tower, If I'm Not mistaken someone jumped out of a 6th Floor window during the Stock Market Crash in 1929 and there was a Murder on the 13th Floor in a Lawyers Office in the Early 2000s.
