Where the hell do these attorneys come from? President Trump is being barred from participating in the Colorado election because he engaged in an insurrection. That has not been proven. I know there are some here who "believe" he did. Fine. But their belief has no legal standing any more than does mine. President Trump has not been tried and convicted of engaging in an insurrection and he is innocent until proven guilty. Simple. Yes, I know that there are some on RP who believe that the rule of law is not to their liking. They prefer "Where's there's smoke, there's fire." Sorry, that isn't an accepted principle of law. Why don't President Trump's attorneys argue the law. When they go off on flights of fancy, their opponents go along for the ride and justice goes out the window.

And as I have written on RP a few times I am not a Trumpster, I have friends that are, and it got so bad I had to tell them when they are around me to get off the Trump Train. And let's just talk.
