So Colorado did a right and proper ruling that is completely justified under the law and isn't partisan.

So if (when) the Supreme Court has a different interpretation, I assume that you, Charlie and Chip are going to maintain that attitude, correct? You're not going to be some hyper-partisan hypocrite who only thinks that if a court approves of your ideology that it was correct, right?

I shall bookmark this post and see if I'm the one eating crow or if the expected actions from the progressive-left happen, and I'm not planning on preparing a feast.

A Leftist court, a Leftist court ruling. He's been convicted of nothing, Jan 6th was not and never was an "insurrection". Sad how willing people are to throw out the Constitution for perceived political gain, the Left continues to prove daily they have no interest in the rule of law just mob rule. If it was reversed they would be losing their collective minds. Just sickening...as you've alluded to, this will not stand the final test of the Supreme court. The rabid Leftist ideologues here couldn't care any less about equal, and unbiased blind Justice for all.

Facts that the Democrats can't handle....Former President Trump has NEVER been convicted of a crime that would prevent him from running or hold the office of President. By denying him his rights to be on the ballot shows that the Democrats do NOT support the Constitution or rule of law. By the Democrats going against the Constitution, that makes them an insurrectionist, the very person they claim Trump to be.
