He does not have the moral chutzpah to do this! He is morally bankrupt and incapable of doing the right thing. Biden thinks this is saving democracy when it’s doing just the opposite.

This is a bad precedent that will be abused by everyone if SCOTUS confirms this.

It's only "bad" for one man... one man who deliberately violated his oath of office by planning, encouraging, and unleashing a violent mob on the capital to stop the peaceful transfer of power. One man who still cannot accept the truth: that he LOST the election, and tried everything he could to not leave office. He was unfit then, and he is no longer qualified to stand for election.

COL John McClellan - Not saying he should be POTUS, but he was never charged or convicted of insurrectionism. I see this precedent as similar to the changes in voting in both chambers of the Capitol; it was good for the party that changed it, but in the long run they got schwacked by that same change when they lost the power/authorities.
