FBI investigate threats against Colorado judges who ruled against Donald Trump

The Denver FBI office said it was assisting local police.
Colorado's Supreme Court ruled last week that Mr Trump is ineligible under a US Constitution clause that bars candidates who engage in insurrection.
Mr Trump and his campaign criticised the 4-3 decision, calling it "deeply flawed", and his campaign has vowed to appeal to the US Supreme Court.
The ruling relied on Section 3 of the Constitution's 14th Amendment, which was enacted after the US Civil War to block Confederate secessionists from returning to power in the reunified country.
The provision states that any official who "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" is disqualified from holding federal office.
The majority on the Colorado court ruled that Mr Trump's actions during the Capitol riot on 6 January 2021 amounted to insurrection.
After news of the ruling came out, a slew of threats against the judges were posted online, according to Advance Democracy, a non-partisan research group that monitors pro-Trump networks.

Seems to be the path the right wants to follow more and more these days. Not very conservative, but threats do track with the authoritarian bent the party of "Law and Order" has embraced.

How sad people who realize they can't win at the ballot box decide to prevent a person they don’t like from running for office effectively attempting to eliminate millions of votes. Now that’s voter interference. These Democrat judges deserve to be in jail. They can be protected then.
When people say a court can prevent a person from running for office because “they just say” someone broke the law is the day we lose our Constitutional Republic, some may say Democracy. It’s funny that Democrats are the real danger to our Democracy when they accuse everyone else of it. This is a low point in our Country’s history. They only way it can get worse is if President Biden makes citizens of all the illegal aliens who broke into our Country the last 3 years; oh wait! President Biden is trying to do that as we speak.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - The fact is that there is so much hate for President Trump on the Left they will us our justice system destroy him and people who like him indictments on charges that historically would be civil matters from the Presidential Records Act, to the price of real estate, to everything else. What's really sad is people abuse our judicial system for their political objectives and are never held accountable themselves. It is a crime to make false charges.
At the end of the day indictments are just indictments, they were made in time to try to sway a Presidential Election and they backfired. They have ensured Trump will be our next President. The Democrats are losing independents because any sane person is afraid of how the Democrats are using our legal system. The Führerprinzip ("leader principle") designated Hitler as above the law.[8] The Volkist Principle of Racial Inequality organised the judiciary by race; anyone not considered part of the Volksgemeinschaft (people's community) was seen as undeserving of legal protection.[8]. What is my point? If you substitute the word Democrat for Nazi in this site, it becomes a really scary article because of all the parallel actions happening today. If this weren't so serious it would be amusing since Democrats are the ones always comparing Republicans to Nazis.
