Seems to Me what is involved is political acks in both Colorado and Maine interfering with our rights as voters as well as people running for public office. First in the case of Donald Trump not only does the offense NOT apply but He hasn't been charged with or found guilty of same either. No matter Who the candidate is NONE of them should be subjected to this interference. This is a direct violation of the civil rights of anyone seeking and electe4d political office as well as the Voter's themselves It's up to the voters once a candidate is on the ballot to either Vote or not vote against them and NOT proper to try and remove any person running for office from said ballot ! Person(s) engaged in that sort of unlawful conduct should be placed under arrest or at least charged for civil Rights Violations.

It should also be noted that even a person that has convictions IAW Criminal laws still can't be barred from running for political office. It's still up to the voters if they would or would not elect that person to office.
