COMMENT - "Counterbattery radar is only as effective as the kill chain between it and the guns or missiles servicing the targets it locates. Shoot and scoot is still highly effective until it can be destroyed but reduces the volume of fire that can be delivered so taking it out was a high priority as soon as it could be located."
