The study found a reduction of, on average, 420 mL per day per venue. That is just over half a bottle of wine. That amounts to little more than a rounding error.

Seriously, half a bottle? In a place that primarily sells alcohol? This is ONE PERSON getting disgusted and walking out and going to the pub next door. That is the entirety of the difference.

They try to make it SOUND signficant, but in reality, half a bottle of wine a day for the entire venue combined is nothing.

Get This:
National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA)
http://www.niaaa.nih.gov/alcohol-health/overview...
According to the "Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020-2025,” U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Department of Agriculture, adults of legal drinking age can choose not to drink or to drink in moderation by limiting intake to 2 drinks or less in a day for men and 1 drink or less in a day for women, when alcohol is consumed.

~~Our Dad Spilled More Than That On His Way TO And FROM The Refrigerator,~~
When I Lived In Panama, From The Ages Of 14 To 16 1/2 Years Old,
Where Drinking Laws Are Probably Non-existent, I'd Bet I Drank More That That On A Saturday Evenings Date....
"2 Drinks Or LESS In a DAY?. That Doesn't Even Qualify As "Sipping"

Over The Years You May Have Notice How Well Some Products Have Held Their Prices Steady,
But What You May NOT Have Noticed Is "While The Price Remained The Same,
The Quantity IN The Package Was Reduced".......YUP, As Is Said "We're Screwed Again", So Next Time Pay Attention.....And BTW: When You See A Larger Package Which States "Family Size"...You're Firsrt Impression Is "It's A Better Price"; But Look Once Again, As The Unit Price May Well Be Higher Than The Smaller Packages ...YUP.. "Screwed Again"... It's Called "Marketing", And Unless You're Aware, You're A Victim
One Should Become Alert..... Because We Can Always Use A Few More "Lert's"..

Everyone SHOULD, But Few DO....
And The Manufactures Are Well Aware Of It, And Package The Merchandise Accordingly......I Was One Of The Many Purchasing Dept Managers Working In Various Places Throughout The World, For FMC.; And My Job Involved Accurate Costs & Prices;
In Order To Make The Best Decisions For Our Division.
OH "Price" = What You Pay For An Item ~~ Whereas "Cost" is what you pay for an item, and how much is required to maintain it...
Like An Automobile....One May Buy A Car For $10,000 (Arbitrary Figures) But The Fuel Consumption, Rates Of Repair, Insurance Fees, Etc Are The Part Of It's "Costs Of Ownership".. So A Car You Purchase For $15,000 May STILL Be The Best Purchase, If The Costs Are Less, Over The Years. .
Example : A Mercedes Benz May Be A Far Better Choice Than A Cadillac....
Caddies Are Gas Guzzlers A Benz Use Far Less; A Caddie Is Larger, & Require More Frequent Services And Repairs Than The Benz.... Vehicle Size Makes A Difference In The Fees For Insurance As They Cause More Damages When They Strike Another Vehicle Or Property.
