This is a dangerous game the Biden Administration is playing. They are enriching their friends and placing power into our enemies hands that will eventually be used against us. The technicalities of if this is a fee, tax, or treaty needs to be discussed in Congress. Regulators are just not supposed to have this kind of power. There is no proper oversight here.
