I am sure this will be another case for SCOTUS. States are not authorized to determine citizenship, they are not allowed to adjust our borders, they are not allowed to go to war with a foreign nation. I don't think SCOTUS will ok them to act as border guards.

He's wrong on the law. Invasion has been defined by the courts, as I pointed out to you on another one of your posts.
