He states " I'm reasonable and unbiased, " but it doesn't sound like he is to me. He sounds pretty rabid to me. Justice Brown was recently criticized for failure to report some financial transactions that she should have but there was no criticism of that. He even noted that several of the judiciary on the left had done some speaking and lecturing but brushed over it very lightly almost d II s missing it because the others he was critical of had done worse things in his opinion.
I do think there needs to be some guidance formally set down about justice's conduct, but if that happens there should also be guidelines for Congress, and POTUS also.
