NY Laws with no victims and zealous punitive damages going directly to the NY state treasury will be thrown out at the Federal level.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Your mistaken sir, judges don't know more about fraud, they know about laws that legislators pass and “should” try to apply them to current day life. Unfortunately, many have gone political like this judge and have decided to use a civil law in a way it was never intended for their own political purpose of defeating a political opponent. This is the truth of the matter. It is plain for all to see.
We have learned in history about nations that have used these concepts… we have learned nations who have persecuted their perceived political enemies the way those with TDS (yes, it is real) are here, have turned into dictatorship, Socialist, or Communist forms of government. Think about what I just explained a bit and if that doesn’t scare you… well then you drank the cool aid. MHO
