Sweden should have joined NATO long ago but were trying to play the Neutral card hoping USSR would leave them alone. Foolish is all I can come up with...Foolish.

Why should they have joined a long time ago ? Their neutrality has protected/ saved them for many many years.

SGT Stephen Rowland - Do you really think if the Poo hit the fan 20 years ago Russia would have honored Sweden's Neutrality? They do not share a land border but Russia's main port for their Navy in the North is only a stones throw from Swedish territory

If the pool hits the fan, there won’t be any Europe left. If it goes that far, it will be nuclear.

I Find Having A Neutral Position On World Affairs Works Out Pretty Good,
Right Up Until You're About To Get Your Azz Kicked; THEN It's Time To Become Involved And Take Sides As To Whom, You're Willing To Fight For & Protect.......

I am unsure of the NATO mission and not convinced an attack against one will truly be considered an attack against all…

A lot of immature people in leadership of EU Nations that completely rely on America.
This in turn gives them the confidence to huff and puff as a miniature instigator, that left alone would be humble and speechless.
