The Supreme Court had an opportunity to make a step in that direction, they didn't take it. All they said was oops, we can't touch this. Not particularly useful

I was very disappointed in the SCOTUS for just saying states can’t use federal law like this. They should mentioned that Due Process of individuals rights always needs to be maintained, and they didn’t. That was the important item here.

It has to do with Due Process. Progressive Democrats and RINOS just wanted to independently declare President Trump was guilty of taking actins against the United States... and this is after he offered Congress additional security and told people to protest peaceable. When you think about it, it's the Progressive Democrats and RINOS taking actions against our Country by not letting our Country have a free fair election.
