Similar story: today while waiting at the eternally long line at the Camp Lejeune MCB (Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune) pharmacy I overheard a Marine Cpt and Navy corpsman(PO1) explaining to the pharmacy head that he (The Cpt) had 4 female Marines of his company bed ridden in their barracks unable to care for themselves due to depression and not being able to get in to get their meds due to a recent cyber attack on the pharmacy. How or why they are still in is another question but todays young are surly suffering from mental issues in seemingly greater numbers than before.
Aside from the lack of unit readiness this seems to be all too common across the forces.

Unfortunately the medical and law enforcement entities are more reactive than proactive.
