Actor and Gunner/ photographer Clark Gable is the narrator of this World War 2 documentary.

This is on 16 mm film, so it's pretty Grainy

He did not want any special privileges. The air crews were suspicious of him until he sat and ate with them. During one of the missions, A 20 mm German exploding shell barely missed him But did not detonate. He was trained as a gunner and he did man the guns.

He earned the Distinguished Flying Cross.
