Only if they pass a background check. Which they cannot do.

And if they can honestly complete a Form 4473, which they also cannot do.

I believe you were correct. Howver, it appears that SCOTUS has over turned Title 18m Section 922 (d)It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person, including as a juvenile (5)who, being an alien—(A)is illegally or unlawfully in the United States.

and thus struck the requirement of a valid alien number on form 4473

"All Aliens, no matter the status, must have the following two items:
1) A valid form of identification; and
2) A valid alien number* (which will be provided to question 20 on the ATF Form)"

I would disagree until they get a Green Card.

But them again I am the A-hole that thinks if you are convicted of a Violent Felony you also should not have the right to carry a Firearm. There should be consequences to committing crimes.
