Immigration status should not be disclosed during a trial but certainly should during punishment stage.

I will agree to disagree with you. For people going through our formal immigration proses I agree. For people who enter our Country illegally, they are illegal aliens not immigrants. To me there is a difference. I understand some want to give all rights to anyone on our soil. To my thinking if we do that, sooner or later foreigners will own our Country. MHO
