Federal judge dismisses lawsuit challenging DC noncitizen voting law

A WiN on illegal immigrants not able to vote in elections. A LOSS with the ruling that illegal migrants can possess firearms under the Second Amendment prevailed in a recent case. A U.S. District Court judge in Illinois, Sharon Johnson Coleman, ruled that completely prohibiting illegal immigrants from possessing firearms is a violation of the Second Amendment. The case involved Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, an undocumented immigrant who was charged under Title 18 of the U.S. Criminal Code for possessing a handgun. This is contrary to the illegal that crossed the border more than once that is a felony offense. The crime of Felon in Possession of a Firearm is a serious offense, classified as a Class D felony, punishable by up to ten years in prison. Under federal law, even individuals with misdemeanor convictions that exceed one year in prison are prohibited from possessing firearms.

Under this administration all people no matter their offenses are welcome as "Newcomers" and receive Biden dollars and gifts that are paid for by the taxpayers.
