Never believe an article from BBC.
Actually an interesting article. As usual with the BBC it seems they only go into detail when they want to. I would be interested in learning more about the trade off of maybe a life service in exchange for a waiver for military service. I just threw the “never believe” part so BBC readers feel what it’s like to have accuracy of their publication questioned.
