LTC (Join to see) I too have a problem with people not being required to provide official photo ID when voting. The arguments used in this neck of the woods are that homeless folks without addresses, and old folks, have trouble getting ID. I don't buy that because people can request absentee ballots, without producing ID, and it is not possible for folks to vote more than once that way. Also a friend who is retired, volunteered at a place that provided an address for homeless folks, showers, and laundry facilities. So both seem very weak excuses.
