Panera says it will stop serving 'Charged Sips' drinks at center of lawsuits

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Panera Bread said it’s discontinuing its Charged Sips drinks that were tied to at least two wrongful death lawsuits due to their high caffeine content.

The "Charged Sips" probably also taste so good that people drink more of it than they should (I know of someone who makes their own hard cider and it's insanely potent in alcohol but you'd never guess with how sweet it tastes). Coffee drinks for instance have less caffeine in them than a black cup of coffee of the same volume.

The drinks supposedly had more caffeine than traditional energy drink (Monster, Red Bull, etc.)
