I'm not...even withthe bad our justice system still does the right things most of the time...IMHO

Not all that surprised. Hunter's only hope here was jury nullification.
His *real* hope is Circuit court and/or SCOTUS. He pretty clearly broke the law. However, I honestly do not believe the law itself will hold up, if challenged.

I am surprised as well. Our judicial system has been under a lot of stress lately. 1st offense is probably probation. He has another trial in LA that appears to be much more significant than the Delaware case.
