Bharmal was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery and with violations of the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act, which prohibits attempts to "intimidate or interfere with … any other person in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him [or her] by the constitution." Bharmal is expected back in court in September for his arraignment and faces up to 100 days in jail for each count, court filings reviewed by the Free Beacon show.

Get that piece of trash out of our Country along with the millions of others that follow the same idiologies. Our Country needs a sensational purge of anti-Americans. We all can name a number of politicians that are part of that cult as well.

BTW: Dave Joyce, Republican Congressman from Ohio, voted "NAY" to hold Garland in contempt of Congress. The traitor should be held in contempt of his allegiance to the Republican Party. I believe he just cast his vote for his political demise in the Republican Party.

I agree with your comment, & like You mentioned SPC MICHAEL DURICKO,Ph.D, there is much more like him in the US SENATE, & House! I saw a story tonight, on Newsmax about a California family, Mom,& Dad, 3 kids, & they were kicked of their school, because the children showed too much PATRIOTISM at school?? What? You just cant make this stuff up.

Amn Roger Omberg You are so absolutely correct and personally I will do everything possible to get our Country back to the way it was in our patriotic years. Likewise your story on too much Patriotism in school is sickening and I hope all the parents in that school move their children to other schools and put that UNPATRIOTIC school out of business where they belong.
