I remember when, not too long ago, that the USA a few years ago used to do that.
I remember some major terror commander from IRAN was blown out of the sky by orders from President TRUMP, after HE was known for killing US military troops in IRAQ. Seems so long ago. Does anyone remember that? IRAN is still pissed about that, OH well!
