Good for the citizens of Arizona. However, 'blue' Arizona will fight this in federal court and probably win as there is already case law on the books about states enforcing laws that only federal domain.

The left is already organizing to negate the bill or at minimum soften the bill. It looks like our liberal Democrat will win the Senate race and we may lose the Republican majority in the Arizona Congress.

The majority of the citizens in Arizona do not like the impact the illegals have on the state. People living in the border town and Yuma residents need to travel to Phoenix for hospitalization because local hospitals are filled with illegals.

Prop 314 Implementation Challenges
Despite its approval, the law's implementation faces hurdles:
The law won't go into effect immediately.
Its enforcement is contingent upon overcoming potential legal challenges at the federal level.
Implementation depends on a similar unchallenged law in Texas or another state remaining uncontested in federal courts for 60 days.

We're hopeful that the new administration will help with the problem and we can get some of our hotels back that are housing illegals.

I don't understand why you must make a law to make elected officials do their jobs. It has happens throughout the country. It reminds me of a push back in the 70's of the throws everyone out. Instead of making law, voting on the law, fire the individuals who will not follow the laws on the books.
