I still eat all but the milk toast. My mom grew up on it and hated it, so we never had it.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen The Salted Codfish came in a small wooden box when I was a kid. I recall it had to be soaked in water before becoming palatable. That Codfish was better than Norwegian Lutefisk, well buttered or not!
