Two US Navy pilots shot down over Red Sea in ‘friendly fire’ incident

Article says so much while saying so little. Whomever it was that pushed the button to fire the missile that hit the jet, I feel bad for them as they are definitely freaking out beside themselves. But you know that person's boss going all the way to the Skipper are about to be fired.
