Air Force to Put Renewed Emphasis on Safety and Uniform Standards

While Leadership is looking at the standards NOT being followed....I have to ask why aren't the standards being enforced?

Enforcement requires active participation and confrontation - not things that readily come to mind historically when talking about USAF leadership
