Grocery prices is apparently the left's new hill. They are going to nit pick on this issue when they have absolutely no leg to stand on. They chastised Trump and Vance for claiming grocery prices were climbing higher as a result of inflation. They tried to claim the inflation was negligable. They then pivoted to claim salaries were getting high enough to offset the inflation. It was all BS and now that Trump has been proven right, they are going to pivot to hypocrisy and nit pick Trump's words in a literal sense vs recognizing the many things he could do to fix spending power for all Americans. Grocery prices will likely never go down now that they've reached the level they are at. But reduced taxes, deregulation, a manageable inflation rate, and a healthy/competitive employment market will enable Americans to absorb the prices and businesses to maintain them. This effectively will make it feel like grocery prices are lower.
