Hamas leadership, "soldiers" and prisoner guards should be declared war crimes suspects. They should then be subject to international pursuit, capture and trial. If found guilty in the death of another, they should be executed. If not found guilty of homicide, they should remain imprisoned for life. Any attempt to take civilian hostages for exchange should result in the initiation of hostilities with Israel accepting no other outcome than the unconditional surrender of Hamas and the Hamas leadership surrendering to Israeli custody.
