Huh ?? If all 67 victims have been recovered, how can all but one have been identified? If that last guy isn't THE "last guy", then there were 68 victims... While there may be ATC issues, from my layman's foxhole, it's not looking good for the Blackhawk crew...

They have to confirm that with some evidence, fingerprints, dental records, etc.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - It would depend on the condition od the remains if anything is really left.and what has contaminated it before it was found. as for it being the last body , i know several fights where a person was even reported as being on board.

Last thing I heard was the helicopter turned off or never turned on a vital piece of equipment

No matter who or what is at fault here, it's a terrible tragedy for all involved. I think we all know oit occurred because of human error on someone's fault-Tower, airliner, or helicopter.
