ederal judges ruling against President Donald Trump’s recent executive actions have been almost entirely appointees of his two Democrat predecessors.
Some were previously activists, others were steeped in Democrat politics, and one is a former clerk for then-Judge Sonia Sotomayor. These judges have issued rulings to block Trump’s policies on immigration, federal spending, the Department of Government Efficiency, and other matters.
Plaintiffs have been “forum shopping” to attain more favorable rulings, said Curt Levey, president of the Committee for Justice. Forum shopping means they search for specific parts of the country where judges are more likely to be liberal and sympathetic to their case.

This is exactly why I prefer Republican presidents. Whether we like these judges right now or not, we need some control over poor presidential decisions, and I truly feel Republican presidents are put more in check than Democrats.

Uh, look at how little check there has been on the current Pres.
I prefer presidents who serve the country, not mine it.
If a president is much richer when he leaves office than when he arrived, either he was poor when he started or he mined the country for his wealth.
I often think of Harry Truman, who, when he left office, drove back home with his wife.
