Yes, let's not forget that Russia is the enemy in this scenario.

And Biden was pretty far from spilling a state secret in 2023.
Even if we assume that Russia was somehow suddenly incapable of conducting the very basic intel collection requirements on the checklist since day 1 of the Cold War (munitions and materiel production and stockpile), just assuming that Russia was suddenly incapable of that first the first time in over 70 years, the details of how we needed to ramp up production (and by how much), to support Ukraine was available in open source, since 2022, doing their intel job for them:
https://www.defensedaily.com/army-details-recent-deals-to-significantly-increase-155mm-artillery-shell-production/army/
as available as complete detailed lists of items, by country, shipped to Ukraine, since 2022.

Just a couple examples, you can find dozens more.

Couple that open source with the basics of intel collection in country, and simply counting rounds in engagements, and you can be pretty sure that Russia knew when Ukraine was getting low on 155 exactly when Ukraine knew, and well before Biden caught up the rest of us.

Probably why nobody mentioned impeachment.

The Trump Phone call to Ukraine used in the 2021 Impeachment vs Biden doing something similar and nothing.

Of course, you're right. Every president should, in the interest of transparency, tell the world what munitions we are short on. Using the Diane Feinstein mentality, our enemies will then short themselves of the same type of munitions.

LTC Trent Klug - again, if you can read it online, from multiple news sources, and not even behind a paywall, then it's not a secret. And it's not something that China, Russia, Iran and North Korea didn't already know before it went to press.
