Lt COL Charlie Brown, Thanks for the post RIP Gene Hackman. Another great actor who actually served in the military, unlike others who played rolls as a military soldier or marine. Its sad about his demise.

Whatever his reasons were, they were honorable. He had a great acting career and hey, made it four score and 15. That's a damn good run.
