I'd say that they almost always get the law right, the problem is usually that Congress wrote the law wrong.

Remember SCOTUS's job is not to decide right or wrong, fair or unfair; their only job is to decide legal or illegal.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - This is where activist judges at all levels tend to go astray. They rule on what they feel the law ought to be instead of what the laws actually say. This can happen on both ends of the political spectrum, but it does seem to happen more with liberal judges inventing concepts from the penumbra of their feelings.

Good. Veterans who suffer injury(ies) shouldn't have statutes of limitations imposed on their timing times.
