The question is: What do you do with the dogs? And if they are put down because no one wants to adopt or take ownership of them, what does that accomplish? Maybe let the farmers sell off the animals to countries who are still eating dog meat and not letting them breed or sell any more?

I Read This Article But Perhaps It's Incomplete. Not Long Ago I Read A News Report Which Stated, That Particular Law Only Applied To The City Of Soule; As The Tourist Objected To It And It Was Hurting The Businesses In Soule And The Surrounding Businesses As Well ~ Whether Or Not It's True I'm Not Sure, But It Does Make Some Sense..
