Comedians like the late Johnny Carson and the Laugh-in Comedy show were not DNC Hyperbole surrogates like they are today. The Comedians put both parties and Independents on the hot seat. They did not usually play favorites until Trump won. Then TDS set in.

SNL has mocked every president since Ford.
When the Fairness Doctrine doctrine ended in 1987 and Congress tried to codify it in law, Reagan vetoed it.
Since that year, every late night host except Carson was openly joking about every president, and they were already joking about Reagan before 1987.
If you cannot remember how much they joked about Clinton, Obama and Biden, then you might just be looking at it through a certain bias.

1. they weren't suppressing "free speech" of parents, they were asked to investigate threats against the school district members, from parents.
2. Biden, a Catholic, was not attempting to infiltrate Catholic churches, the memo regarded a Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists threat to infiltrate/recruit orthodox Catholics, based partly on a convicted RMVE who admitted to such.
3. Who had their guns taken? Who lost access to guns? Did anyone even close the no background loophole for gun shows? Show me anything here. This one is actually the saddest, the GOP and NRA have been telling you for over 50 years that "they are coming for your guns", and you immediately panic and send money and vote for whatever they say. It's got to be the easiest scam going in this country.
4. Bush, Obama and Trump all violated FISA laws, if you think one is more egregious than the next, I'm happy to hear your explanation. But to be frank, I'd rather hear why you think bitching about Biden and Obama is more important than Trump not releasing the Epstein files that he said he would release and is now calling his MAGA faithful "weaklings" for still caring about it.
