A mere drop the bucket of waste and fraud perpetrated by those whom we elect. Vote smarter, people. Vote smarter...

I love how some dismiss reports simply because of the source. It's so easy to google a story a find a wide variety of sources in to confirm or refute a story that doesn't align with your favorite narrative.. Or, if you really want to drop a hammer, go to a "Fact Checker." Of course, that leads you to the Gates of Hell where you become embroiled in a war of competing sources with competing narratives. Just keep in mind that even The National Enquirer was correct in exposing a story long before others begrudgingly admitted its truth. Personally, my greatest surprise came when I found Al Jazeera and discovered they had some of the best reporting (so long as they didn't have any skin in the game)

If you need something more than the Free Beacon summary, there is data from U.S. government sources supporting the following claim: "The United States Has Spent $110 billion on AIDS Prevention.
Less Than Half of the Money Went to Medical Supplies and Health Workers, a State Department Audit Found. "Key Supporting Data: Total U.S. Spending on HIV/AIDS:
Through the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), launched in 2003, the U.S. government has invested more than $110 billion in the global HIV/AIDS response as of late 2023 (with cumulative totals exceeding $120 billion by mid-2025). This makes it the largest single-country commitment to combating a single disease in history.
Allocation Breakdown: A September 2025 State Department report analyzing PEPFAR's budget found that only about 40% of funds go directly to on-the-ground service delivery, specifically health commodities (e.g., medical supplies) and health workers. For PEPFAR's $4.7 billion bilateral budget.
This analysis draws from PEPFAR's robust data tracking systems and aligns with a 2020–2024 USAID audit across 10 countries, which highlighted additional inefficiencies like the sale of stolen donor-funded commodities. The findings have been cited in media coverage of PEPFAR's operations and recent funding reviews under the "America First Global Health Strategy."
COL (Join to see), the official report is available as a PDF on the U.S. Department of State's website at:

You can challenge the data by contacting the U.S. Department of State.

Both parties are thoroughly corrupt -- the Democrats are just better at it, unfortunately they are also better at several other things, such as getting legislation through Congress, Gerrymandering districts, appointing activist judges, and recognizing opportunities to destroy the nation to ensure their supremacy.
