Lt Col Charlie Brown The fourth prime minister to resign in a year? Lack of stability is not a good thing for any country. Someone needs to re-evaluate the situation and figure out what changes need to be made.

The "centrist" government is perched precariously between extremists of the left and the right. They were able to cobble together a coalition of the not-so-far-right and not-so-far-left to squeak enough votes to form a government but they don't really have a majority that supports any sort of policy.
The situation is only going to get worse as more and more moderates find that moderation is an untenable position

It appears as if the French Republic has anyone left to fight for it politically or philosophically anymore. 'Liberte', Egalite', Fraternite' has no meaning to the citizenry.
