For the first time in eight years, the leaders of the Soviet Union and the United States hold a summit conference. Meeting in Geneva, President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev produced no earth-shattering agreements. However, the meeting boded well for the future, as the two men engaged in long, personal talks and seemed to develop a sincere and close relationship.

Its hard to believe Gorby set the whole fall of the USSR in motion. Back then, we didnt ever think it would or could happen.

Just a few years later...they a Nuclear Disarmament treaty, and then a couple years later, the Wall came down. Although from what Historians say, it was that Russian Commander in East Germany, was the reason nobody got hurt when the Wall came down. He just refused orders...and pulled it off.
And now, we are starting up Nuke Testing again...when we already know...they work. Sigh.
