Not just the Military but it seems everywhere so called improvements make it more frustrating and harder to use the systems. duffelblog may joke about that but there is quite a bit of reality in what they say it seems. Improvement far too often are NOT actually improvements but new problems.

SMSgt Lawrence McCarter often times, so done or so e group comes in to make a big splash and one-up a project only to create a ruined quality first quality product. Before the upgrades and the questionable admin four years ago, RallyPoint was the DEAL. There were absolutely no problems with the app or the website. Now, what we have is "Jody got your money and gone". RallyPoint leadership should absorb the expense and hire the original developers to fix the screw up left by the mediocre ripoff programmers. Why would anybody want to improve on something that was already flawless?

If this is what they call improvement someone needs to go back and rethink the whole process

I think it would be better served if state's legislatures got shook up.
