I find reading a book helps me wind down to get ready to sleep.

Me too! And like CW3 Richard "Lee" Doty I have a CPAP which can sometimes cause me to have a panic attack so I put it on and read for about 10 minutes by which point my system figures out I am not sufficating and I can go to sleep. Bizarre but true.

I just had an interesting experience here. Apparently, the AI engine thought that my response concerning wearing a CPAP was some sort of cry for help. It gave me a couple of contacts that might help me. This is an odd case where AI has no context for the conversation and decides to weigh in regardless. Very odd.

And now it has reached out to me again. Have I contacted a help line? Have I reached out to the VA? This is beyond bizarre, as the AI clearly misunderstood, and now thinks I need to be rescued. [sigh] I wonder how I can now turn this off.

Just delete it...I know what it is doing and it has done the same to me multiple times. Open the first one and delete and after that you can just hit the trashcan icon. I don't like my CPAP either but I know I need it so I use it.

that is the reason I don't allow it on anything I own. I dislike being monitored all the time.

For me, strapping on my CPAP is part of the process. I don't like it, but then, I don't like the idea of a stroke.
