The Supreme Court on Tuesday seemed likely to uphold laws that prohibit transgender women and girls from competing on women’s and girls’ school sports teams. After nearly three-and-a-half hours of arguments in a pair of cases from Idaho and West Virginia, a majority of the justices appeared to agree with the states that the laws can remain in place, even if it was not clear how broadly their ruling might sweep.

I have no problem if you want to wear a dress and have me call you Miss. But this isn't a gender issue to me, this is simple biology...specifically : Hormones. Puberty changes the game. Post puberty-Testosterone wins. There is a reason that woman that won the Women's Championship was like 200th among the men, and first when he went up against women. I don't understand why they don't just compete with the men, and wear a two piece.

Exactly, SGT Kevin Hughes dress how you want but compete where you belong. When I was a school counselor, we had a young man who thought he was (or he wanted to be) a tiger. He did his hair in stripes, put tatoos on his arms and legs...dressed in striped clothing...but that did not make him a tiger...you cannot change your biology.

Lt Col Charlie Brown I understand human rights, civil rights, age rights, etc., and I do not think it is liberal, as in careless, to honor dignity and fairness. BUT, for crying out loud, chicks with dicks is in no way respecting the human rights of those biological females, who live as they are born!
My goodness, how is something like this even a thing? There is no freaking way the Founding Fathers of the Constitution intended this. So I wonder what is next. Will people be cloned and genderized and then given human rights, civil rights, etc., under the Constitution. Whether or not individual persons believe in GOD, by the name the culture uses, the USA is going to pay for this. There are scientific human things being done for many, many decades now, that has been accepted. I am not going to touch that because it is now engrained in the world. BUT MANKIND DOES NOT CREATE MANKIND. MANKIND DOES NOT SWITCH PARTS TO MAKE A NEW MANKIND.

Sgt Jim Belanus - Arkansas' one lineman is 380 pounds. Those fellows who engage in women's sports couldn't stand up to that. Bo Jackson or Herschel Walker were the top 1% of football players. Deion Sanders is probably faster than a Gold Medalist Female athletes. Their top sprinters. Alexander Wright ran a 4.10 dash.
So if they want to play against those kinds, they would lose. The physics favor men and playing against them is kind of silly. The top ladies performances, their records still don't compare against the men. I use this example as reality. Carl Lewis? Bob Hayes?

SSgt (Join to see) in the face of truly authentic ills, the leadership that signed off on this should feel the effects of this catastrophe all the days of life, they have. I know what leadership administration did this.
OK. I will leave that alone. But, there needs to be a "hard stop" to this and other asinine stacks of legislation but together that is obviously tearing the nation to pieces. How in the world can we truly dictate moral compasses, when ours is confused.

SSgt (Join to see) - most women won't make it into the top half of the men's groups in many sports...women are women and men are men. Tyrus said it last night...men fear women laughing at them, women fear men killing them. Men do not belong in women's sports.

Lt Col Charlie Brown some people will not go towards this thought but I will. Men with aggression towards women have perfect targets, when they engage them as transgenders. I still take issue that that young lady was hurt so badly. In what world does a stronger person not know to pull back on strength when you are unevenly matched?
