COL (Join to see) I really enjoyed this article. To be truthful, I did not know anything about the Royal Family until Harry and Meghan married. It sparked the interest. I watched a documentary about the young Queen Elizabeth II and watched her 1953 coronation. I also, watched the series, "The Crown" on Netflix. By all accounts, she was young but firm in her commitment to be a worthy ruler.
At her death, the only real difference, in my opinion was her age. She transitioned to an older person still having her 27-year old features and her demonstrative mind.

I can't imagine being raised under the weight of that much History. It is hard enough to escape the Sins of the Father when nobody knows you...or your Father. They carry the weight of a thousand years of relatives on their shoulders. It is tough enough to be the child of a Celebrity ...but a child of the King of England...or Queen of England...Yikes.
