Probably distracted driving? Maybe she was on her smartphone and didn't see the tow truck before doing a Smokey and the Bandit jump? I noticed here in Canada that provincial Patrol officers or Royal Canadian Mounted Police don't approach the right side of the vehicle but approach the left side of the vehicle on major freeways or highways when those in California always approach from the passenger side because of safety precautions probably because so many have been killed and run down similar to what we saw with the lady not seeing the ramp of the tow truck. Not sure if Georgia has a law like Alberta does that tells us to slow down to about 25 mph When approaching police vehicles pulled over.
As you can tell, her vehicle is now a total loss but I wonder if this lady will be permanently injured and spend months in the hospital or die because of her injuries?
