A Facebook friend request brought my mom back to Vietnam after 35 years

I can respect that Sarge, I'm sure there is plenty in my Past I would rather not revisit. I am impressed though with the Tourist Industry in Vietnam for Vietnam Vets here that do want to revisit their past.

Yes Chip I can see that. It all depends when your served in Nam, where you were and what you were doing? I for one am not interested in walking up and down those freaking mountains and hills along Laos, Dong Ha Valley, Razor Back, Cam LO, Con Thien and the DMZ. The only good place I was at was at China Beach during 3 days in Country RR. I'll stay right here in our Country visiting Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands. However, I was fortunate enough to spend three weeks in Tahiti and Morea. Now that my Brother was paradise!
