A 'Forgotten History' Of How The U.S. Government Segregated America

It often looks like we are moving backwards when it comes to civil rights and liberties, however if we step back a little and look at things with a larger historical context... it's easy to see that we have still make significant improvements.

And if you think that this is where this started, you better go back and study your US Military History a little bit more. And for you Navy folks, you need to take a very close look in the mirror, since that type of segregation did not end in the US Navy until 1971.
